These Terms of Service govern your use of the A & G Travel website, registration forms, and communications. By using this website or submitting a request for information, you agree to these terms.
TRAVEL INQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS
Submitting a registration or inquiry form does not create or guarantee a reservation. Cruise cabins, prices, promotions, amenities, and availability are subject to confirmation and may change until the required deposit has been received and the reservation is confirmed.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all names, dates of birth, booking details, payment amounts, deadlines, and travel-document requirements provided with their reservation.
PAYMENTS
Cruise and event charges may be collected separately. Cruise payments may be paid directly to the cruise line, while private-event payments may be paid to the event organizer.
Guests are responsible for completing all required payments by the deadlines stated on their invoices or booking confirmations. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation, loss of the reservation, or forfeiture of payments according to the applicable cruise line, event organizer, or travel-provider policies.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cruise fares, event charges, deposits, and other travel services are subject to the cancellation and refund policies provided at the time of booking. Some payments may be nonrefundable.
A & G Travel is not responsible for penalties, cancellations, itinerary changes, delays, or refund decisions made by cruise lines, event organizers, transportation providers, hotels, or other third-party suppliers.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each guest is responsible for obtaining and carrying the identification, passport, visa, immigration documentation, and other travel documents required for the itinerary.
A & G Travel may provide general information about travel-document requirements but does not provide legal or immigration advice. Guests should verify current requirements with the cruise line and appropriate government authorities.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, submit a travel inquiry, consent to receive text messages, or make a reservation. Travel arrangements for anyone under 18 must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
SMS TEXT-MESSAGING TERMS
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive informational and promotional text messages from A & G Travel concerning your cruise inquiry, personalized quote, reservation, payment deadlines, travel updates, and related offers.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and services.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your email address, you authorize A & G Travel to respond to your inquiry and send information related to your quote, reservation, payments, and travel arrangements. Promotional emails will include an option to unsubscribe when required.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Cruise lines, event organizers, payment processors, hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers are independent third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, and cancellation rules.
A & G Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, service interruptions, or policies of third-party providers.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, prices, schedules, availability, performers, itineraries, and event details may change.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A & G Travel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from actions of third-party travel and event providers.
